Please note that we are currently experiencing delays with all orders, pre-order items are seeing delays of about 1 week extra & in-stock items are needing an extra 1-2 days to be processed + courierpost are also seeing delays at the moment due to the number of parcels they have received. Please bear with us during this busy time. Please check the item description to see if the item you have ordered or are wanting to order is a pre-order or in stock before you message for an update. When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 9am are normally shipped the same day. (pre-order items will be shipped when they arrive, ETA's are in the product description.)

Rural Delivery $5
Saturday Delivery $5
Overnight & Saturday delivery is not guaranteed but 99% of the time parcels are delivered in this time.
Our parcels are sent non signature, if you wish to have them sent signature required please let us know.

Australia Shipping:

Orders under $200: NZPOST tracked 7-12 days $4.95

Orders under $200: DHL Express 1-2 days $14.95

Orders over $200: DHL Express 1-2 days FREE

Rest Of The World Shipping:

Orders under $200: NZPOST not tracked 2-3 weeks $9.95

Orders under $200: DHL Express 2-4 days $19.95

Orders over $200:  DHL Express 2-4 days $9.95

We want to make sure you love your purchases, if an item is faulty upon your receipt we will gladly exchange or refund the item once returned back to us.
We are happy to exchange your item provided it is returned within 7 days of delivery with original tags/tag attachment and unworn. 
Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
The Luxe Boutique NZ offers a store credit or exchange on your purchase should the size not be correct, unless the item is a sale item.
If something is faulty we will offer a repair or a full refund of the purchase price if repair is not possible.
Please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind or have chosen an incorrect product.
If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act
Bodysuits, swimsuits, lashes, hair accessories, earrings & makeup brushes cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.

SALE ITEMS cannot be sent back for an exchange unless deemed to be faulty where a repair or full refund will be processed.
Anything sent back to us that does not follow the above will be returned to the sender.
