When will my order ship?
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours. Please allow an extra 1-3 days for orders to ship during busy times (Christmas, Sales etc.)
Please also note that due to Covid-19 the courier's are experiencing large delays.
Pre-order items will be shipped when they arrive, ETA's are in the product description.

Overnight delivery is not guaranteed but 99% of the time parcels are delivered in this time.
Our parcels are sent non signature, we are not responsible if a parcel goes missing after it has been scanned as delivered. If you are concerned about this, please select signature required at the checkout.

The customer is responsible for any customs/duty fees upon delivery.
We want to make sure you love your purchases but please choose carefully as we do not refund if you change your mind or the size is incorrect. We are happy to provide a store credit for your item provided it is returned within 14 days of delivery with original tags/tag attachment and unworn, this excludes clearance items as these can not be returned. If an item is faulty upon your receipt we will gladly replace the item once returned back to us, or refund if a replacement is not possible.
Return postage cost is the responsibility of the buyer.
However, you wont pay shipping fees on the item/s that you then use your store credit on. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a return.
Bodysuits, swimsuits, lashes, hair accessories, earrings & makeup brushes cannot be exchanged due to hygiene reasons.
CLEARANCE ITEMS cannot be sent back for an exchange unless deemed to be faulty where a repair or full refund will be processed.
Anything sent back to us that does not follow the above will be returned to the sender, we do not cover the return postage.
